Intracoastal Christmas Regatta
Lift up your anchors and head over to the 25th annual Intracoastal Christmas Regatta. This highly anticipated boat parade is held every year to ensure that no child on the Grand Strand wakes up without a Christmas present to open.
The parade begins in Little River Inlet at 5 PM and it will travel south to the Dock Holidays Marina, where it's scheduled to arrive at 7 PM. Each participating boat will donate $40, or the equivalent in a brand new toy, to help this worthy cause.
But this isn't just an everyday boat parade, these boats will be dressed to impress. There are several categories that the boats will be judged on, so get ready to cruise into the Christmas spirit.
There will also be a silent auction for a wooden rocking horse, rocking butterfly and rocking lion. All of the proceeds will go to help to raise funds for The Children of Horry County.
Everyone is encouraged to drop off a new toy for The Children of Horry County at any collection point in Little River or North Myrtle Beach.
