MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.—Ripley's has opened an unusual attraction in Myrtle Beach called the Marvelous Mirror Maze. The walk-through attraction features hundreds of floor-to-ceiling mirrors, nearly 2,000 square feet in all of mirrored paths, corners, dead ends, hallways and circles.
"Our Marvelous Mirror Maze is not your granddaddy's house of mirrors. This is a totally new concept in amusement design and it will provide a different experience every time you enter," Peter MacIntyre, general manager of Ripley's Attractions in Myrtle Beach, said in a statement.
The maze offers multiple paths and visitors can even begin at the end and work their way through backward.
Visitors to Myrtle Beach will find other Ripley attractions there as well: Ripley's Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum, Ripley's Haunted Adventure, Ripley's Moving Theater, and Ripley's Super Fun Zone. The Marvelous Mirror Maze is located next to Ripley's Haunted Adventure at 915 N. Ocean Blvd.
Also fun for families in Myrtle Beach - besides the sand and sun - are the new Hard Rock Park, a huge selection of themed mini-golf attractions and NASCAR Speed Park, where kids can drive on tracks for all ages.
